GAiN is working to involve people in finding ways to respond with humility and generosity to the broken and hurting world we live in. We need more people to achieve this!

• Do you have skills in project management and operations?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then GAiN needs you! If this vision has grabbed your attention, and you want to become part of the work full-time or part-time, you may be interested in joining the GAiN team. 

Your role could be coordinating much-needed projects to a particular country, informing GAiN donors and partners of the vital work that their support is enabling, or providing efficient reporting and management of finances associated with specific projects. 


What you contribute on an operational level would be an essential part of demonstrating unconditional love to suffering people across the world.

The GAiN team is made up of Power to Change Missionaries who volunteer their time with GAiN.

Like many other Christian charities, Power to Change team members raise funds to cover their own salary and expenses. With plenty of training and help, missionaries develop a team of people who regularly pray for them, encourage them, and give financially towards their work. While this can seem daunting, for over 40 years God has provided for hundreds of Australian Missionaries in this way.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our GAiN Australia team! Whether you are interested in volunteer roles or full- or part-time missionary positions, if you have a desire to use your gifts to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Are you passionate about using your social media skills to make a real difference? We are seeking a volunteer Social Media Manager to help us share inspiring stories and amplify our impact.

Based remotely across Australia and requiring just 5 hours per week, you will create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook, helping us connect with our community and promote initiatives like medical missions, water well drilling and hygiene trainings. If you are creative, proactive, and keen to contribute to a meaningful cause, we would love to hear from you!

Are you passionate about empowering women and girls? GAiN Australia is looking for a volunteer LuoPads Project Coordinator in Melbourne! Dedicate just 5 hours a week to help us grow our impactful LuoPads initiative, providing reusable menstrual pad kits to vulnerable communities worldwide.

You will coordinate engaging LuoPad-making events with local schools, churches, and community groups, manage materials, and help assemble these vital kits. If you are a confident communicator, highly organised, and eager to make a tangible difference in global health and dignity, we would love to hear from you.
