LuoPads Project Coordinator

Role Title: LuoPads Project Coordinator (Volunteer)
Location: Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
Commitment: Flexible / Part-Time (Approx. 5 hours per week)

We’re looking for a passionate, purpose-driven volunteer to help grow the LuoPads movement in your city.

LuoPads are reusable menstrual kits that restore dignity and opportunity for women and girls around the world, and this role plays a key part in making that impact happen. By bringing communities together, coordinating events, and mobilising volunteers, you’ll help turn compassion into practical action.

If you love connecting people, organising meaningful initiatives, and leading with heart, this is your opportunity to make a tangible difference.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Coordinate and grow the LuoPads initiative in your city

● Organise and lead engaging, hands-on LuoPads-making events

● Build strong relationships with schools, churches, universities, and community groups

● Recruit, support, and encourage volunteers

● Oversee materials, production, and assembly of LuoPads kits

● Share the story and impact of LuoPads to inspire involvement

● Collaborate with the GAiN team to strengthen and expand the initiative
