Role Title: DART Aid Distribution Coordinator (Volunteer)
Location: Deployable (Domestic & International Disaster Response)
Commitment: Disaster deployments (minimum 3 weeks), with training and preparation throughout the year
We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive volunteer to join the Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) as an Aid Distribution Coordinator.
When disaster strikes, getting humanitarian aid into the hands of those who need it most is critical. In this role, you’ll coordinate the procurement, management, and distribution of essential relief supplies, ensuring aid is delivered safely, efficiently, and with dignity. Working alongside local communities, partner organisations, and the DART team, you’ll help bring practical hope to people facing crisis.

● Coordinate the procurement and distribution of humanitarian aid and relief supplies
● Organise safe, efficient, and accountable aid distribution activities
● Manage inventory and track relief items throughout the mission
● Work closely with logistics, communications, and field teams to support disaster response operations
● Build positive relationships with local authorities, community leaders, vendors, and beneficiaries
● Maintain accurate distribution records and operational reports
● Help ensure every aid distribution is conducted with dignity, fairness, and cultural sensitivity
● A natural organiser who enjoys coordinating people and resources
● Calm under pressure and able to adapt in dynamic environments
