ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Partnerships Development Officer, you will lead the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships that support both our mission and long-term sustainability. You’ll work with corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, funding streams, and collaborative initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

● Identifying and developing new partnership and funding opportunities
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
● Creating compelling proposals and partnership pitches
● Representing the organisation at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
● Collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with program goals
● Tracking partnership activity, income, and impact
● Supporting storytelling, reporting, and partner engagement

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

● Experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, or a related field
● Strong relationship-building and communication skills
● Confidence in outreach, networking, and presenting
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment
● Organised, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
● Alignment with our mission and values

Desirable
● Experience in the not-for-profit sector
● Grant writing or sponsorship experience
● Existing network of relevant contacts
