The Global Aid Network (GAiN) is the humanitarian aid strategy within ‘Power to Change’. GAiN exists to demonstrate the love of God, in word and deed, to hurting and needy people around the world. Globally, GAiN practically provides relief and development in over 50 nations. Through our team in Australia, GAiN focuses on leading short-term, medical missions trips into Asia-Pacific, responding to major disasters, and taking teams to create safe drinking water for communities in Africa through building water wells and implementing water filtration.

In 2025, GAiN seeks to expand into new countries and advance their systems and strategies to see even greater impact.

I’m excited to step into the leadership role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2025, serving the team by bringing new projects, partnerships, and strategies to assist growth and even greater impact in the future.

As COO, during the next 3 years (2025-2027), I aim to add value to GAiN by achieving the following goals and outcomes:

• Contributing to the vision and strategic planning of GAiN for global impact

• Bringing renewed operations and systems to facilitate expansion and increase capacity

• Opening up new nation projects (including the Pacific Islands), and a new Australian indigenous project, where teams can be sent to serve humanitarian projects with gospel impact

• Raising up short term (and potential long term) missionaries, providing opportunities to follow their call

• For all GAiN short term missionaries, provide excellent discipleship materials, inspirational preparation before trips, transformational debriefing after trips and opportunities to grow and expand through future trips.

• Building an army of GAiN Ambassadors to expand awareness and raise support for our projects

• Building a team of new leaders who can lead trips allowing for multiplication and expansion

• Offering GAiN as a partnership and framework to build their missions ministry within their local churches

• Opening up new corporate and organisational partnerships to build customised projects and personalised mission trips

• Reactivating the old donor base and upgrade for a wider and longer term vision

• Collaborating with international leaders for strategic expansion and impact of GAiN
