Tanzania Vision Trip 2023
Our trips are an ideal way for you to participate in the work and missions of Global Aid Network.
Something profound changes in us when we engage with those who have insufficient access to education, health, basic services and opportunities and a lack of a dynamic relationship with Jesus. A shift happens – instead of our work being a cause, it becomes something personal!
Meeting people affected by poverty, injustice and crisis, learning their names, sharing a meal together, hearing their stories, and working side by side will transform the way you see each person.
Vision trips are for you if you are...
• fluent in English (other language ability is a plus)
• able to work under pressure
• in good physical, emotional and psychological health
• able to work with others in a multicultural team setting
• a team player who is willing to fulfil their roles despite challenges
Join us on our next Vision trip to Tanzania!
Dates: 24th Nov – 6th Dec 2023
Location: Tanzania, East Africa (Most time spent in villages about 4 hours from Dar Es Salaam)
Cost: $4,600 AUD
This includes airfare, accommodations, transport in-country, translators in-country, meals, project materials and travel insurance (except vaccinations).

Vision trips give you the opportunity to:
Get the unique opportunity to see first-hand the tremendous impact that clean water is having on communities and how the simple gift is changing many lives physically, emotionally and spiritually.
We are excited about the opportunity to send a team from Australia to serve alongside the Water for Life Initiative team in Tanzania! In November 2023, join us in seeing the transformational impact clean water and the Living Water of Jesus has on communities across Tanzania. On this LIFE Team Trip, you will have the opportunity to see the different stages of development from a village that has no water to visiting a village that has been transformed by the provision of a deep-capped well and the good news of Jesus.
You will get to hear from and engage with our incredible local staff team, spend time in communities to see first-hand the impact of clean water, see the drill rig in action and get some hands on experience with installing a pad for a new well and potentially partnering with our local team to build a church building for a new church community. You’ll also take part in some training alongside our local team, see a JESUS film showing and get to encourage local pastors and staff. We’re excited to be back in Tanzania with our LIFE Team!
