Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN). The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN).

No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.

The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.

The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN).

Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN).

The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN).

The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, the Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.

The Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN) will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Global Aid Network Australia (GAiN).

GAiN regularly sends short-term medical mission teams to parts of Asia including India, Cambodia and the Philippines. The teams consist of volunteers, doctors and other healthcare professionals. Through these projects, people in remote areas are provided access to general medicine, minor surgery, dentistry, optometry and health education.
But it doesn’t just stop there. Our medical missions provide opportunities for our partners to introduce people to the love of Jesus and connect them to local churches and believers. Assisting with the practical needs of people during the medical clinics opens doors for people to hear and respond to the Gospel and allows us to pray with them and run bible based activities for their children.
We have the privilege of seeing thousands of lives changed physically and spiritually with new churches being planted as a result.
This wouldn’t be possible without YOUR help. You don’t have to have any experience in a medical background to be a volunteer on one of our mission trips. All you need is a willingness to serve humbly and an open heart to see God at work. We need volunteers who can help with translation, children’s ministry, crowd control, counselling and general administration, as well as medically trained volunteers such as nurses, doctors, pharmacists, optometrists and dentists.

Join our medical mission volunteer team and be part of meeting the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve. In the process, you will never be the same again!
We need people to fill the following roles to ensure the success of our missions: translators, volunteers for children’s ministry, crowd control, counsellors, administration, nurses, doctors, pharmacists, optometrists and dentists. Everybody with a heart to serve is welcome.
Our short-term Medical Missions run multiple times throughout the year for a period of two weeks each.
